DR. KEITH ABLOW: TRY CURCUMIN BEFORE YOU TRY PROZAC

Dr. Keith Ablow, Creator of the Life Coaching/Counseling System is advising any individual with mild to moderate depression to try
the organic supplement Curcumin (derived from the spice turmeric) before trying Prozac or other comparable pharmaceutical
antidepressants. Why? Since multiple studies have found that the antidepressant effects of Curcumin are basically the same as
those of Prozac--without the side effects.

That is a bold statement to make, but Ablow isn't backing down.

"Over one scientific investigation has found that Curcumin relieves low mood and anxiety in those with mild to moderate depression
as well as Prozac and, likely, many similar medications. And Prozac and the others can lead to sleep problems, weight problems,
sexual dysfunction as well as increased suicidal thinking. There is no evidence that curcumin causes such issues. So why website would not
curcumin be tried first? There's absolutely not any reason."

Keith Ablow has helped his clients become clearer-thinking, More focused, more energized and more effective with his life coaching
methodologies, but he is also a proponent of using supplements to increase energy, improve sleep, boost mood, decrease anxiety and
increase focus.

"There are a lot of people out there who say supplements are Useless, but that just is not so," Ablow said. The data is there to
encourage the correct use of a number of nutritional supplements to dramatically improve people's lives."

Dr. Ablow is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in He works one-to-one with clients to maximize their personal and
professional lives.

He has worked with Clients from all over the USA and around the world in person, through Zoom and other telechat solutions and
over the telephone.

"People are much more alike than different in the journeys They need to take," Dr. Ablow said,"because those journeys all end in a
place Becoming the people We were supposed to be from all time--using all the resources available, including Counseling and
coaching and, yes, supplements--is a universal goal."
